Today we did the drive from Durango to Silverton. And wow, it's getting even more gorgeous, daily!

And while in Silverton, we had lunch at Thee Pitts Again. It's a bbq place that was on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, but the Glendale AZ shop. The owners opened up a 2nd joint in Silverton this past June, and their kids run the Glendale store. The food was as good as the scenery. We lucked out in that Wed they are closing for the winter.
